These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and WeddingZon ("WeddingZon", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a matrimony and wedding services platform operated from Sirsa, Haryana, India.
By accessing, registering on, or using the WeddingZon platform, website (weddingzon.com), or any associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. WeddingZon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all categories of Users, including: (a) individual matrimony members; (b) parents and guardians creating profiles on behalf of candidates; (c) Business Partners (franchise operators); (d) Wedding Vendors; and (e) guests and visitors.
